In North America options are Expedited (5-10 days) or XpressPost (2-5 days). We live in the far north so shipping takes a little longer. All shipping includes tracking numbers. For overseas orders we use Canada Post International Parcel. Payment Currently we only accept Visa or Mastercard and to pay you have to call us to give us the numbers (do not email visa or mastercard numbers!!!!). We hope to have online payment solutions soon (including paypal).
